Our Philosophy

We believe that the law should empower our clients, not create unnecessary restrictions. We believe that people deserve to keep control over their lives and not be held back by taxes and government regulations, or be held hostage by the threat of frivolous lawsuits and other legal risks.

We believe that with proper legal, financial and tax planning, our clients can build wealth, protect it, and pass it on to their children.

Our firm philosophy can be summed up by the acronym "REACH."

Relationship. We believe that an attorney's advice can only be as good as the relationship between the attorney and the client.

Education. We believe that clients only make good decisions when they know and understand their options. To that end, we provide our clients with the education and resources necessary to make the right decisions.

Affordable Quality. We understand that legal services are expensive. We always try to provide the best mix of affordability and value, including providing clients with a spectrum of options to to match their budget.

Collaboration. We believe that many hands make light work. Our clients often have other financial, tax and legal advisors. We collaborate with the entire advisory team - and the client - in order to arrive at the best decision or solution.

Healing. We understand that people often seek legal help to deal with issues that involve personal difficulties and misunderstandings. To the extent possible, we hope to act as an agent for healing in these circumstances. Rather than engaging in "win at all costs" legal warfare, we understand that the best result is the one that brings the client the most peace, however each client defines that term.
